A message dated June 6, 1994, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

"An Act repealing the requirement of an annual audit of the                   
receipts and expenditures applicable to certain property managed
